Just One and Done

Finished a quilt this morning for customer Jackie.  Very pretty quilt and she chose really beautiful colors. She does a fantastic job piecing her quilts and I always enjoy working on hers.

All done by 10am this morning and I wasted the rest of the day.  Could not get any ambition to do another thing. Cold, rainy, dreary day. Wayne took a couple of naps today and we watched 4 episodes of Boardwalk on Demand HBO.

This is a series we watched last year and hadn't realized the 2nd season had started. I discovered this yesterday, so we watched 2 episodes last night, and became couch potatoes for the entire day and got caught up on all episodes.

If you have never watched it, I warn you. You will either get addicted or hate it depending on what you are looking for in entertainment.  It takes place in Atlantic City during prohibition time, and with that comes violence, sex and nudity. More nudity than I care to see, and last 2 episodes some pretty gorey violence, but we are hooked on the story line.  I can do without some of the sex/nudity and blood scenes, and just go on with the story.

What is the fascination some people, including us, have when it comes to gangsters.

Tomorrow it HAS to be a more productive day in the sewing room.
